Cornel Bunea

Cornel Bunea is currently a Reliability, Maintainability, Availability (RMA) Systems Engineer at Leidos, where they analyze system performance metrics and develop RMA requirements. Previously, they served as Director of Asset Reliability Engineering at The DEI Group, managing a team to support engineering services and implementing reliability programs for various industries. Cornel's early career includes roles as a Research Scholar at The George Washington University and as a Research Scientist at TU Delft, where they focused on reliability data analysis and statistical techniques. Cornel earned a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Delft University of Technology and holds multiple degrees in Power Systems Engineering from Universitatea „Politehnica” din București.
