Darryl Durrington is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust career spanning over two decades in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Director at Leidos since January 2021, Durrington previously held significant roles including Talent Acquisition at Perspecta, Managing Principal at Solutions Experts, LLC, and Vice President positions at CACI International Inc and Leidos. Durrington also contributed as Vice President/Group Staffing Director at SAIC, and was instrumental in building recruiting efforts for King Abdullah University of Science & Technology. With a strong educational background in Engineering from The University of Alabama, Durrington has a proven track record of leading teams and driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives across the Department of Defense, Intelligence, and Federal markets.
