David Evans

David Evans is a Program Manager at the Defense Health Agency, where they lead initiatives in support of the Combat Casualty Care Research Program. With extensive experience in defense acquisition planning, proposal management, and personnel management, they have served as a subject matter expert for various DoD clients throughout their career. Previously, Evans held roles at the United States Army Medical Research and Development Command and ANSER, among others, managing contracts and providing strategic support for chemical and biological defense issues. They hold multiple advanced degrees, including a Master’s in Information Technology from Hood College.
