Dean Pfoltzer

Dean Pfoltzer is a seasoned professional in business development and capture management, currently serving as the Sr. Director for DOD Enterprise IT Modernization Growth at Leidos since February 2022, where leadership of a team tasked with driving business growth and capturing new opportunities is paramount. Pfoltzer's previous roles include Principal Capture Manager at LMI, contributing to significant proposal submissions and wins, and a lengthy tenure at the Headquarters Department of Army, where responsibilities spanned overseeing IT policy and resources, as well as advising on financial management and program evaluation.
