Elena K. is the Director of Manufacturing at Leidos, where they direct manufacturing activities encompassing supply chain management, quality assurance, and production operations for Surveillance and Reconnaissance products. Previously, they served as AVP & Division Manager at SAIC, significantly increasing revenue and improving operational efficiency following the establishment of production operations after September 11, 2001. Elena has held prior roles as Senior Industrial Engineer at Solar Turbines, Inc., and Director of Manufacturing at Creative Learning Systems, where they laid critical foundations for organizational growth. They hold a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an MBA from the University of Redlands.
