Heather Carr

Heather Carr serves as the Growth & Strategy Division Lead at Leidos since April 2024, focusing on innovative solutions in information technology and engineering for various sectors including defense and healthcare. Prior to this role, Heather held leadership positions at SAIC as Senior Director, where responsibilities included account strategy and client management, and at ManTech as Executive Director, directing consultative growth in technology within the Department of State and other federal agencies. Additional experience includes strategic business development at General Dynamics Information Technology and Logenix International, as well as managerial roles in business development and supply chain management in prior positions. Heather is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Data Analytics at Longwood University and has a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing from George Mason University, complemented by executive education from prestigious institutions like Duke University and Yale School of Management.
