Jayesh Patel

Jayesh Patel possesses extensive experience in IT Service Management, having fulfilled significant roles at Leidos and Bacardi. At Leidos, from July 2016 to March 2025, Jayesh served as Service Design Lead and later as Principal Service Architect, focusing on end-to-end Service Management design and providing consultancy for large-scale Government and Defence contracts. At Bacardi, Jayesh held multiple positions, including Solutions Manager for Global IT Service and Asset Management, where responsibilities included implementing ITIL practices and managing a substantial budget. Educationally, Jayesh has a Bachelor of Technology in IT with Distinction from Portsmouth ITec College and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Portsmouth. Jayesh's diverse background also includes programming and technical support roles at Vosper Thornycroft and a solid foundation in IT infrastructure management.
