Jeff Downs

Jeff Downs serves as the Sr. Director of Program Execution at Leidos since October 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the implementation and compliance of the Program Execution Policy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance proposal strategies. Prior to this role, Jeff held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Program Management, Supply Chain, and Proposal Development at SCI Technology, Inc., where financial management and customer relationship development were key focuses. As Vice President at Nextek, Incorporated, oversight of manufacturing and supply chain processes was paramount. Earlier experiences at JDx Solutions involved establishing a Veteran Woman Owned Small Business, while a long tenure at SCI Technology encompassed the management of numerous Department of Defense programs and significant financial responsibilities. Jeff began a career at Texas Instruments, managing several key projects in manufacturing operations and program management. Jeff holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mississippi.
