Jeff Troester

Jeff Troester is currently the USAF and USSF Business Development and Growth Lead at Leidos, where they focus on developing and expanding the business pipeline while managing existing contracts and securing new bids. Prior to this role, Jeff held positions including Business Development Lead at L3Harris Technologies and Principal Systems Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace, leading teams to deliver advanced systems integration solutions. Jeff gained early experience in the industry through various engineering roles at companies like GE Aircraft Engines and Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company. They earned a BS in Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University.
