Jeffrey Stanbarger

Jeffrey Stanbarger is a Training Systems Subject Matter Expert at Leidos, where they create and deliver training materials while testing aircraft software to provide operator feedback to engineers. With an active Department of Defense Top Secret Security Clearance, they retired after 20 years as a Naval Aircrewman instructor specializing in avionics and operator training. Previously, at L3Harris Technologies, they served as an Avionics Technician and held roles as an Electronic Warfare Technician in the US Navy, where they managed training and logistics for over 300 sailors and led a team responsible for assets valued over $240 million. Jeffrey earned a Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Ashford University.
