Jim Fenner

Jim Fenner has extensive experience in software architecture and systems analysis, having held various leadership roles across multiple organizations. As the Second VP and Chief Software Architect at The Travelers Companies, Jim managed architect teams and directed the implementation of division-wide software architecture standards. His background includes significant roles at Keane, Burlington Northern, and CSC Consulting, where Jim delivered business solutions across industries in the U.S. and Europe. In later positions, including Senior Principal at Daugherty Business Solutions and Executive Architect at Unisys, Jim focused on developing technical solutions for federal agencies and enhancing organizational capabilities. Most recently, Jim has worked with Leidos as the Director of Architecture, leading innovative projects within the Digital Modernization Sector.
