Jim Sexton

Jim Sexton is a results-oriented program and financial management professional with over 20 years of experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments. They have held various roles at Lockheed Martin, culminating in positions such as Senior Financial Analyst and Program Manager, successfully managing complex programs and leading cross-functional teams. Currently, as a Senior Director and Site Manager at Leidos, Jim oversees multiple FAA Automation Programs, managing a large organization focused on delivering advanced air traffic control systems. They are pursuing both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Finance at the University of North Dakota.
