Joe Viola

Joe Viola is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and growth within the defense and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Strategy and Growth at Leidos since November 2019, Joe has held several leadership positions in business development, including Director of Strategy Business Development and Business Development Manager. Prior to Leidos, Joe worked at A.T. Kearney as an Associate and served in the US Navy for over a decade, where responsibilities included managing multiple Weapons Development Teams and overseeing significant programs such as the F/A-18F Flight Test Officer. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, a Test Pilot School Graduate certification, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
