John Barker

John Barker is the Director of Contracts at Leidos, where they have managed a wide variety of complex government contract types since 2021. With over 15 years of experience in contract negotiation and management, they previously held positions as a Senior Contract Manager at SOS International LLC and a Contracts Manager at Thales. They began their career as a contracts specialist at UIC Technical Services / Bowhead. John holds certifications in Professional Government Contracting from The George Washington University and has a B.S. in English from Frostburg State University, along with a course in Business/Corporate Communications from Harvard Business School.
