Jonathan Lupien

Jonathan Lupien, PMP, MSPM, is a Navy veteran and experienced program manager based in Hampton Roads, VA. They served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Navy from 2006 to 2010, specializing in C4ISR systems for Naval Special Warfare. After their military service, they held various project and program management roles at BAE Systems, AMSEC LLC, and Systems Application & Technologies, Inc., leading complex contracts and systems integration efforts. Currently, Jonathan works as a Program Manager at Leidos, focusing on NAVSEA PEO Integrated Warfare Systems Undersea Systems Program Support. They are pursuing a Master’s degree in Project Management at Drexel University and hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University.
