Kellye Sheehan

Kellye Sheehan serves as the Director of Programs for the Intelligent Sensor Systems Branch at Leidos, beginning in March 2024, with a background that includes significant leadership roles at VSE Corporation as Division Director of Data Management Solutions and as President of Women in Technology. Throughout a diverse career, Kellye held positions such as Business Development & Capture Manager at 6K Systems Inc., Senior Director of Operations at MAXIMUS, and Division Director at Data Systems Analysts, where the focus was on IT modernization for civilian agencies. Kellye has extensive experience in strategy, operations, and organizational leadership within the Department of Defense and other federal agencies, complemented by academic credentials from Texas A&M University and the University of Texas at Austin.
