Lainie Kral

Lainie Kral is a seasoned quality assurance professional currently serving as a Quality Assurance Lead at Leidos, where they facilitate process improvement activities and manage quality operations on a DoD ITSM program. Previously, at Lockheed Martin, Lainie led quality assurance initiatives as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and oversaw internal audits while ensuring AS9100 certification was maintained. Lainie earned a Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University between 1987 and 1993.
