Laura Eckert

Laura Eckert has extensive experience in human resources management, with a notable tenure as HR Services Director for Enterprise Functions at Leidos from August 2016 to September 2024. In this role, Laura was responsible for overseeing various HR service areas, including onboarding, employee lifecycle support, leave administration, and payroll. Prior to Leidos, Laura served as EEO Compliance Director and Senior HR Compliance Manager at Lockheed Martin from July 2014 to August 2016, and held the position of Assistant Director at the Equal Opportunity Office at Western Washington University from April 2008 to July 2014. Laura Eckert holds a Juris Doctor degree from Vermont Law School and a Bachelor's degree from Middlebury College.
