Lauren Smith is the Vice President of Workforce Solutions at Leidos, where they lead a team of Workplace Relations consultants and oversee the company’s Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action strategy. Previously, Lauren served as a Shareholder at Lanier Ford Shaver & Payne P.C., counseling clients on legal strategies and representing them in various litigation matters. Lauren’s legal career includes roles as an Associate Attorney and a Judicial Law Clerk, with extensive experience in employment discrimination and complex civil litigation. They graduated with Great Distinction from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law.
