Michael Mattei

Michael Mattei is an experienced Clinical Psychologist currently serving as a Senior Psychologist at Leidos, where they apply their expertise in operational psychology. With a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, they previously worked for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a staff psychologist and treatment team leader. Michael has a long history with the Central Intelligence Agency, where they served as an Operational Psychologist for over two decades, and they also conducted forensic psychological assessments at Napa State Hospital early in their career. Their skills include intelligence analysis, psychological assessment, and addressing post-traumatic stress.
