Michael Oake is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in management and systems engineering across various companies, currently serving as a Senior Space Payloads Program Manager at Leidos since 2024. Previously, Michael held the position of Program Manager for EUAS Programs at Parry Labs, overseeing a $45 million portfolio and successfully leading a department that expanded from seven to twenty-eight systems engineers. Michael's background also includes a senior management role at Northrop Grumman, where leadership encompassed a team of approximately 100 engineers, alongside significant contributions to high-value contracts and systems integration for the Global Hawk platform. Additionally, experience spans design engineering roles at Boeing and CDI Aerospace, coupled with a technical research position at Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory.
