Michael Pace

Michael Pace is an experienced engineering manager with a history of overseeing energy efficiency projects across various sectors. They worked as an Energy Engineer and Project Manager at BJ's Wholesale Club, supervising projects to enhance energy efficiency in all locations. While at Horizon Solutions, Michael led teams in implementing energy efficiency solutions and managed financial operations. They also held roles at National Grid, where they designed and managed energy efficiency programs for large commercial customers in New England. Most recently, Michael served as an Engineering Manager at Leidos, guiding energy engineers to support industrial clients with their energy efficiency and decarbonization goals.
