They managed over 400 workstations and led a team that grew from 8 to over 40 staff, focusing on geospatial capability development. Michael emphasizes leadership and team growth, believing that caring for staff leads to successful outcomes. Currently, they are finalizing a Bachelor of Business in Management at Charles Sturt University, while actively managing multiple projects and fostering strong relationships within their teams. In addition to their professional pursuits, Michael enjoys traveling and attending live music and sports events.
