Mike Webb

Mike Webb currently serves as Delivery Director at Leidos, where responsibilities include overseeing the transformation of Defence medical logistics and procurement, leading a cross-functional team to enhance medical supply chain capabilities. Previous roles at Leidos include Associate Director of Commercial, managing a robust supplier network, and Programme Director, where Mike introduced process controls to improve operational flow. Prior to Leidos, Mike was Programme Management Director and Quality & Performance Director at Serco, creating portfolio management capabilities and transforming operational models across various business units. Early career experience as an Army Officer in the Royal Logistic Corps included critical bomb disposal operations in Afghanistan, earning commendations for bravery. Mike holds multiple degrees including an MBA and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Public Procurement Law & Policy. Certifications include Prince 2 Practitioner and Management of Risk Practitioner, with recent qualifications in rugby coaching.
