Noah Carpenter

Noah Carpenter is an experienced professional in the Defense & Space industry, currently serving as Team Lead - ISR SME at Leidos since October 2021, demonstrating expertise in Airborne Communication Systems and Airborne System Engineering. Prior to this role, Noah held various positions including Director of Financial Operations at Gorilla Wash and Community Director at MyWorkChoice. Noah has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, having worked as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Kiewit and a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Omaha Steaks. Noah’s foundational experience includes senior roles in the United States Air Force where responsibilities encompassed human resources management, operations optimization, and training supervision for enlisted personnel. Noah holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and a BBA in Business Administration from Peru State College, complemented by technical training in avionics systems technology.
