Pat Chang

Pat Chang is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in performance engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Performance Engineering Lead at Leidos since December 2018, Pat has also been the President and IT Consultant at PC IT Solutions, Inc. since June 2009, managing complex QA and testing projects across various government and commercial sectors. Previous roles include Test Director at Northrop Grumman and over 25 years at IBM, where positions held included Consulting IT Specialist and Technical Manager. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
