Peter Ellis has extensive experience in IT management, having begun as an IT Service Desk Manager at Interserve from October 2005 to September 2008, where a team of Service Desk Technicians was managed to support 2,500 users and ensure high service quality. Peter then served as an IT Change Manager, overseeing the change management process and adhering to ITIL methodology. From 2008 until February 2022, Peter held the position of Application Support and IT Change Manager at Interservefm Ltd. Currently, Peter is the Configuration Manager at Leidos, starting in May 2022. Education includes attendance at South Bromsgrove High School from 1978 to 1982.
