Ricky Deckard

Ricky Deckard has demonstrated comprehensive leadership and management skills throughout their career. At Leidos, Ricky serves as the Vice President and Program Manager, overseeing the Afghanistan Contractor Logistics Support program, managing a large team of employees and subcontractors, and enhancing client satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration. Prior to Leidos, Ricky gained valuable experience at Lockheed Martin as a Senior Program Manager, where Ricky managed an international aviation portfolio and played a key role in expanding programs and fostering strong customer relationships. Over the years, Ricky has been recognized for their excellence in program management, program performance, integrity, and leadership.
