Robert E. S. Moore, CEDS, is an experienced E-Discovery and Legal Technology Program/Project Manager, currently serving as the Deputy Division Director for the Mega 5 Program at the USDOJ Civil Division. Moore has held various roles in law firms such as Director of Information Technology at Wilkinson Walsh + Eskovitz LLP and Senior Litigation Support Specialist at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Additionally, Moore has taught as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Southern Maryland since 2001. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy from Towson University, a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Texas A&M University, and a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
