Ron Baham

Ron Baham has extensive experience in business development, management, and strategic growth initiatives within the defense and intelligence sectors. Currently serving as EVP and Chief Growth Officer at QinetiQ US since March 2022, Ron previously held various leadership roles at Leidos, including Director of Business Development for the Integrated Systems Group, where responsibilities included acquisition management and pipeline development exceeding $20 billion. Prior to Leidos, Ron worked at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems leading growth strategies in advanced analytics and cyber capabilities. Additional experience includes a tenure as VP of Business Development at SAIC, along with notable military service in various leadership roles within the US Army. Ron holds an MA in Management Information Systems from Webster University and a BS in Psychology from Old Dominion University.
