RT Carter

RT Carter, PMP, is currently the Vice President of Program Management, managing a large portfolio of logistics-related programs within the national security arena at Leidos. Previously, they served as Director of Logistics and Senior Asset Manager at SAIC, Project Manager at Transfield Services, and Asset Manager at VMS. Carter began their career as a Business Analyst at CTG. They hold a B.A. in Arms Control and English Literature from Austin College.
