Sam Capone, MBA, PMP, ITIL 4, is currently the Enterprise IT Service Management Lead at Leidos. They have held various leadership positions including Senior Director of Managed Services at General Dynamics Information Technology and Vice President of Solutions Engineering at Cognosante. Sam began their career at Verizon Wireless, where they managed Customer Loyalty Programs, and has accumulated extensive experience across multiple companies in IT service management and consulting roles. Sam earned their Master of Business Administration with a focus on Management of Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, which they are currently pursuing.
