Stephen McNally

Stephen McNally is a cross-functional operations leader currently serving as the Deputy Site Lead for the HITS-U II Cross Center team at Leidos, supporting the DoD High Performance Computing Modernization Program. With prior experience as HR Operations Director at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and as HPC Operations Group Leader at the University of Tennessee, they have a strong background in high-performance computing and business operations. Additionally, Stephen co-founded On Deck Athletics, LLC, where they lead business and operational functions for an athletic training facility. Stephen earned an MBA from Tennessee Technological University and a BS from Carson-Newman College.
