Steve ("George S.") Carson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems engineering, strategic planning, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at Leidos since June 2021 and President of GSC Associates since 1981, Carson specializes in complex real-time signal processing systems for the Intelligence Community and US Government. The portfolio includes expertise in visualization, data science, and aerospace, among other fields. Additionally, Carson has held roles as a Principal at Deep Water Point and a Consultant at Monarch Strategies. An active participant in international standards committees, Carson contributed to the development of key computer graphics standards and led efforts to achieve consensus in technical areas.
