Steve Malay

Steve Malay is a Director of HR Systems and Solutions, currently leading initiatives at Leidos and managing Workday HCM. With a robust background that includes strategic leadership roles at Dayton Children's Hospital and HP Inc., Steve has successfully deployed Workday HCM multiple times and recently implemented additional Workday solutions. Steve's earlier experiences include serving as a Fireman in the U.S. Coast Guard and various roles at HP, showcasing a diverse career trajectory. Educated with a BS in Geography and Geology from Kent State University and a Master’s in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, Steve combines technical expertise with a strong foundation in learning and development.
