Steve Mort is currently the IPT Quality Lead at Leidos, where they oversee quality standards and requirements for various NASA missions. With extensive experience at Boeing, United Launch Alliance, and McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, Steve has demonstrated strong leadership in quality engineering and project management. They retired from Boeing in 2018 after managing inspections and quality assurance protocols, and have since been engaged in mentoring and supporting STEM initiatives. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from Colorado Technical University-Online and a certificate in NDT from the Community College of the Air Force.
