Steven Sanchez possesses extensive experience in operational support and customer service within Network Operations Centers. From January 2012 to January 2015, Steven worked as an Operations Technician at Sungard Availability Services, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and responding to customer inquiries. Subsequently, Steven served as an NOC Technician at FTD Companies from September 2015 to December 2016, focusing on proactive and reactive network monitoring.
