Stu Harris

Stu Harris, PMP, is an experienced Program Manager currently leading the FSDE Contract with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency at Leidos since September 2016. Prior to this role, Stu served as the Operations-Intelligence Analysis Senior Manager and Military Operations Subject Matter Expert at JIDO/Leidos, providing integrated military operations and intelligence analysis since January 2010. With a robust background that includes roles such as Senior Operations Integrator at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Operations-Intelligence Analysis Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin, and Deputy Director at the U.S. Department of State, Stu has garnered extensive expertise in military operations and intelligence across various global theaters. Stu is a U.S. Marine Corps Colonel, with educational credentials including a Master's degree in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces and a Bachelor's degree from San Diego State University.
