Susan Pepper

Susan Pepper is a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Leidos, where they currently lead quality assurance efforts. They previously held positions at NASA as Quality Assurance Manager and at IBM as Managing Consultant, contributing significantly to quality assurance methodologies and software testing processes. Susan began their career as a Co-Op Programmer/Analyst at AMERICAN Cast Iron Pipe Company and has since developed extensive expertise across various roles in software development and quality assurance. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Alabama in 1994.
