Taylor Mitchell serves as the Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at Leidos since May 2016, leading a team focused on strategic planning, proposal development, and business growth for Intel's Mission Solutions Operation. Previously, Taylor held the position of Vice President - Intel Capture Lead, coordinating key campaigns and strategies across all Intel Group organizations. As a Vice President - Division Manager, Taylor managed a $350 million business unit within the Intelligence Group, overseeing a program portfolio that includes software and systems engineering as well as logistics. Taylor's extensive experience also includes various leadership roles at Lockheed Martin, including Director and Senior Program Manager, along with earlier positions at Andersen Consulting and GE. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
