Thomas Galligan is the co-owner of Arrow Solutions Associates, a role they have held since 2017. Prior to this, they served as a Critical Infrastructure Protection Officer at the U.S. Secret Service from 2002 to 2005, and held multiple managerial positions within the U.S. Government from 1984 to 2011, including Applications Branch Chief and CISO. Thomas earned an MS in Political Science/Criminal Justice from Anna Maria College and holds a BS/BA in Political Science/Criminal Justice from Westfield State University, along with studies in Forensic Science from Jacksonville University.
