Vikas Gowdra

Vikas Gowdra is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in software engineering, project management, and business development, currently serving as a Sr. Capture Manager at Leidos since September 2009. At Leidos, Vikas has led capture initiatives within the HHS sector, conducted market analysis, and developed formal capture strategies. Previous roles include Software Engineering Manager, where Vikas oversaw a large team and substantial budgets for projects supporting the FDA, and Technical Account Manager, providing support on proposals for federal clients such as NIH and CDC. Earlier career experiences include consultancy and software engineering roles at OTSI and iGate Global Solutions, where Vikas focused on system integration and enterprise software solutions. Vikas holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Gulbarga University.
