Together Everyone Achieves More’

Leigh Trust strongly believes that every child has the right to receive an excellent education and our vision is to successfully work together with our schools and those of the wider community to transform provisions and outcomes for children and provide the best opportunities for every child to reach their potential.

Our Ethos

Leigh Trust endorses a vibrant and progressive culture and a climate of continuous innovation. Our culture and ethos promote well-being and respect, and the children’s ambitions and achievement are at the very heart of all we do.

Within Leigh Trust we are continually developing an ethos of achievement and ambition that defines the aspirational nature of our schools; we seek only the best, aim higher than may at first seem reasonable to expect, and strive for the maximum for every single learner.

We will develop personalised learning programmes that engage every child and enable them:

To achieve their full potential, attaining the highest possible standards.
To have high aspirations and expectations for their future.
To develop an attitude of care and responsibility towards others and their surroundings and to have a positive impact on their community.
To become independent, confident learners acquiring a love of learning to continue throughout life.
To be creative and innovative through the promotion of a ‘can do’ and ‘no excuses’ culture.
