Paul Callaghan

Paul Callaghan, CBE, DL, FRSA, is the Chairman of The Leighton Group and currently serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees for Sunderland Music, Arts and Culture Trust. They have held various leadership roles, including Chairman of Sunderland Software City and Red House Academy, and have made significant contributions to education and cultural development in the North East of England. Callaghan has also been a Director of Sunderland Business Ltd and a member of the advisory panel for the independent review of Arts Council England. They hold an Honorary Doctorate of Business Administration from the University of Sunderland and have degrees from esteemed institutions, including The London School of Economics and Newcastle University.
