Leine Connect places remote developers for scale-ups, agencies, and engineering teams that need to grow without losing six months to recruitment.

We're not a recruitment agency. We're a network built and run by an operator who's been doing this for his own company for years.

Leine Connect was founded by Nick Blom, who built a 100% remote development team of 30 engineers for his AI platform Conversation24 (enterprise clients including KPN, Randstad, Allianz and Sonova).

That team was 50% cheaper than local Dutch recruitment, more loyal, and harder working than most in-house alternatives.

It became one of the reasons Dutch investors backed Conversation24 with €5M.

Now that same network and experience is available to other companies.

HOW WE WORK
• Real search, per role. No CVs on a shelf, no one-size-fits-all candidate lists.
• Contractors model. You pay for hours worked. Nothing else.
• One developer or a full team. Both work.
• Replacement guaranteed within 30 days at no cost.
• No lock-in. No delivery contracts. You manage. We deliver people.

WHO WE WORK WITH
• Scale-ups that need to grow engineering capacity fast
• Agencies with project peaks they can't staff internally
• Engineering teams replacing slow local recruitment
