Guy Easterby

Guy Easterby has a strong background in rugby, starting as a professional rugby player for various teams and the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) from 1997 to 2007. In 2007, they became the Managing Partner of Easterby Farms until 2010. Guy then joined Leinster Rugby in 2010 as Team Manager, later becoming Head of Rugby Operations in 2014 and Chief Operating Officer in 2023.

Guy Easterby attended Ampleforth College from 1981 to 1989. After that, they obtained a Level 9 Diploma in Business Finance from the Irish Management Institute. Guy also earned a Level 9 Diploma in HR and Strategic Management from the same institute. Lastly, they obtained a Leadership Level 9 Diploma from the Irish Management Institute as well.
