In 1975, Don Leis and his uncle John began selling real estate in Darke County Ohio. They envisioned a family-owned real estate agency that was fully dedicated to serving the community in which they lived —with honesty, integrity and a wealth of shared industry knowledge.

In almost 40 years of business, the team at Leis Realty has grown to include four generations of the Leis family and almost 30 agents, all of whom are dedicated to upholding the company’s original founding principles. What started years ago as a family business remains the same today, except now there are decades of experience and generations of knowledge to share with their clients.

Today Leis Realty has transitioned their knowledge and experience into a full spectrum, 360-degree approach to delivering real estate services. The agency now serves all aspects of buying, selling, renting, managing or staging real estate properties, from the search for the perfect property to full-service, no-hassle management of multi-unit apartment complexes. From the initial search for the perfect residential property to managing grounds and tenant requests, the Leis Realty team is positioned to serve every real estate need as the area’s premier real estate resource.
