Since 2011 our family company has been successful in selling and renting out second homes in both Switzerland and Italy.

The personal service of our multilingual staff has helped many of our worldwide clients to find the property of their dreams, either in the Swiss Alps or on the Italian lakes. For our sellers we always went a step further, keeping them updated about the selling process and selling their properties for the best price possible, mostly within a short period of time.

Our team, composed by dynamic professionals, is always there for our clients, not only during the week, but also - and especially - during weekends. One of our managers will always be present at the property visits, the sale transfer and even after buying or selling, making sure that both seller and buyer get what they are looking for; a full serviced buying or selling process of their leisure property.
