Our Story

Leisure World Group has been a family business for over 38 years. We started in 1984 with Catterick Caravans, and our sites now extend across 16 acres with the introduction of a site at York and at Tyneside.  The enlarged group is now known as Leisure World. 

Despite our size, we retain the personal customer service of a smaller company.  Our commitment to care and to selling quality new and used caravans and motorhomes remains unchanged.

Three Sites Covering the North East 

With sites located across different parts of the North East of England we are able to provide and cater for a wide range of customers.  Whether you are looking for new or used, each one of our sites has a huge selection of stock, which is regularly updated.  Our dealerships also have a large selection of outdoor accessories, including awnings, motor movers, security systems, and everything you could need whilst out caravanning or motorhoming.
