Cornelis Klomp

Cornelis Klomp, PhD has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology and manufacturing. Cornelis currently serves as the Vice President of Information Technology at Leiters since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Novartis Gene Therapies as the Senior Director of Manufacturing Information Technology from March 2020 to December 2021. Cornelis also held various leadership positions at Novartis from 2015 to 2020, including Service Delivery Lead roles and Executive Director positions. Before joining Novartis, Cornelis worked at Sandoz Pharmaceuticals as the Director of IT TechOps Americas. Cornelis also worked at Iskratel as the IT & Logistics Manager and at Philips Centre for Manufacturing Technology as a Consultant for Factory Automation IT.

Cornelis Klomp, PhD completed their education in the field of electrical engineering. From 1984 to 1989, they pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Delft University of Technology. Following this, they continued their studies at the same institution and obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Electrical Engineering from 1989 to 1994.
